This programme is a totally unique experiential programme with a focus on enhancing transferable communication, team building and leadership skills.

Being with horses has long since been known to have therapeutic benefits. Participants will have the opportunity to gain the horses’ trust and respect and in doing so will heighten their ability to communicate and help develop a balanced leadership style based on mutual respect and trust.
