A 3 day course, 2 days to begin with, followed by a 1 day follow up sharing video evidence and planning future telephone/internet support sessions for a maximum period of 6 months.

Participants will be able to motivate their team, to properly delegate to them, and understand what it takes before a person can be empowered.
