A 3 day course, 2 days initially with the third day scheduled one month later. The course will include goal setting, personal and time management, introduction to life coaching and stress busting techniques to name but a few.

Participants will have a better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, an increased awareness of their work/life balance and will set 3 goals to focus on and enable them to move forward.
