A 1 day course offering a range of different strategies to cope with and manage/resolve conflict in the workplace.

Participants will be able to recognise conflict and the effect it has on the workforce, manage the emotions attached to it, understand the underlying issues and will leave having developed a variety of tools, skills and techniques to help them in this type of situation.
