Both directors, having worked for central and local government for many years have experienced corporate training and realized that often these courses were generalised to a particular subject area and not necessarily to individual company requirements. Whilst training others as part of our previous roles we felt constrained and unable to develop adaptable training programmes based on the needs of each company or each group of people.

Having now formed our own company Realize-Scotland we are delighted to be able to offer a range of training opportunities which can be adapted according to individual company (group) goals.
